With over 20 years of experience in residential Real Estate, Mindi Weikert-Kauffman is a dedicated and accomplished professional serving South Central Pennsylvania. A licensed Realtor, Mindi is an active
member of the National Association of Realtors, Pennsylvania Association of Realtors, and the Realtors Association of York and Adams Counties (RAYAC).

Mindi has contributed extensively to RAYAC, serving on committees such as Community Relations, Program Social, and Member Communications. Currently, she lends her expertise to the
Grievance Committee. Her dedication was recognized in 2007 when she was honored by RAYAC for her outstanding service to the organization.

Before her successful career in Real Estate, Mindi built a diverse background in shopping center management/leasing, tourism, wholesale and retail produce and large-scale event management. This
broad expertise equips her with the skills to handle complex transactions while fostering lasting relationships. Mindi thrives on meeting new clients and takes pride in putting the pieces
together for successful and seamless transactions-all while turning clients into lifelong friends. Mindi was born and raised in Adams County and currently resides in York County.

When not assisting clients, Mindi enjoys traveling the globe with her daughter, Courtney. Summers are often spent at her getaway on Kent Island, MD where she loves biking the rail trail. Also a car
enthusiast, she treasures her 1968 Corvette 427 which she proudly shows. Mindi lives in Dover, PA with her fiancee', Scott, two rescue cats and two spoiled German Shepherds.
